Through the GEVEE Project, we are collecting powerful case studies that reflect how communities in Oudomxay Province are embracing women’s empowerment and gender equality.

These stories highlight the voices of:

– Women leaders taking charge in economic development, handicrafts, livestock farming, and household decision-making

– Families promoting shared responsibilities and equal roles

– Local partners at the provincial and district levels who view gender mainstreaming as essential for improving livelihoods

By sharing these real experiences, we aim to inspire more women to become leaders in their communities and promote mutual support within families—paving the way for stronger, more inclusive societies.
