Last week I went to visit the Namtheun 2 project in Nakai district in Khammouane Province. This is part of the Communal Lands Title program run by CIDSE.

I attended a meeting with the Resettlement Team. This team was established to help the local community members who were affected by their displacement during the dam construction. I accompanied our Sangthong district government counterpart Mr. Amphone Phommaneechan.
